What is Energy?
Quantum physics has acknowledged that we are all made up of energy, as is everything around us. Not that we really needed this validation, but it makes the rational mind catch up. Energy flows through everything and creates everything. Even our thoughts and emotions are energy. It is just a difference in the vibrational frequency of energy that gives us the illusion of substance and separation. Energy is what we and everything else is made of, matter, thoughts, feeling, spirit. All is energy, vibrating on different levels. Therefore we are all made of the same. Coming from this point of view, the clear boundaries of matter disappear and it all becomes one big field of energy, of colour and beauty. Our personal energies are delicately balanced and we can become sick or feel “not quite right” when our energy flows are disturbed or blocked. Energy imbalances can result from both internal and external factors.
What is Healing?
Healing is about restoring balance and health, to become whole again. Healing is about opening to our natural energy and form. It’s a journey into wholeness, to be free to be yourself, trusting your feelings and intuition, recognising your own light. Healing is opening to the warmth of love, softening in a moment of contraction and darkness, allowing a new experience of Self in the presence of love, grace and spirit. Healing is not necessarily about treating symptoms – getting rid of pain, emotions, beliefs etc – its about going to the cause of the issue, and that’s when miracles happen.
What is Energy Healing?
Energy healing is one of the most ancient forms of healing using unconditional universal energy from the hands of the practioner. There are many intentions in energy healing. Energy can be directed intentionally towards a specific issue or area of imbalance, whether it is physical, emotional, mental or spiritual of nature.
